Customer ship, ethics and interaction skills course also made me think about my own professional growth. I see some clear strengths in myself. I am friendly, calm and patient with people. I try to be reliable, and I want to do my work well. I am also willing to learn new things.

 At the same time, I know I still have areas to develop. I sometimes feel shy in new situations, and I can be unsure when I must speak in front of a group or handle conflicts. I also need more practice in giving and receiving feedback.

 Through the tasks, discussions and reflections in this course, I started to see myself more as a future professional, not only as a student. I learned how important it is to reflect on my actions, to ask for help when I need it, and to use feedback to improve. This course encouraged me to think about my long-term goals and motivated me to continue developing my interaction skills.
